We love sharing great work that comes from Africa. So many people never give us the chance to show what we’re made of and the most important thing about great ideas is that any person can have them, no matter where they are.
This work by DDB Mozambique is a prime example. Made for Mozambique Fashion Week, these ads feature well-known brands minus their skin – encouraging us all to think twice about supporting the fur trade.
This is especially poignant right now, what with the controversy surrounding Cecil the lion in Zimbabwe and the backlash we are seeing when it comes to hunting and exploiting Africa’s natural resources (animal or otherwise). It’s great to see agencies standing up for the right thing and doing work that makes a difference. Long may it remain so!
